There are many ways your donations can be used in Haiti:

Provide funding to complete the construction of the Children’s Home in Kenscoff.
(help us get 65 orphaned children out of tents and plywood structures) -
Help us to admit more children into our adoption crèche.

Donate to our Food Drive to feed 350 orphaned children for 6 months.

Make a donation to our General Fund – you will be assisting us with many other “opportunities” to provide more effective programs for our children:
- Help us provide hot water to our children – we need to purchase water heaters for improved sanitation, washing clothes and bathing.
- Playground equipment – currently we do not have a play ground for any of the children we serve.
- Educational Materials – the children in our adoption crèche start learning English right away help us provide them with the right start.
- Continue to provide a high caregiver/child ratio.
- Safety – we employ a fulltime security to ensure the safety of the facility and all it’s occupants.
- Power / Running Water and Maintenance of our Water Filtration System- without our generator, inverter and batteries we would not have power. Our water pump and water filtration system also need to be maintained.
Every Donor will receive regular email updates and progress reports. All of us at Chances for Children are profoundly grateful for any contribution that you are willing to make to this cause.
