Family Profile UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 18, 2008: Unfortunately, due to many changes in Haitian adoption over the past few months as well as other contributing factors, Chances for Children is unable to accept new families at this time. We hope to re-evaluate the situation at the beginning of 2009 and will post any updates on this website. We are hopeful that in the coming months, things will stabilize with the many changes in international adoption from Haiti and we will again be able to accept families eager to adopt the children in our care.
