COVID-19 cases in Haiti have stabilized, but most people remain untested.
COMMUNITY: We have heard more from our pastors about the aftermath of Tropical Storm Laura, and we are devastated by the effects the storm had on the villagers we support.
The Jacmel region (where 4 of our villages are located) had heavy flows of water, almost like rushing rivers, come through the communities and wipe out homes, crops, and livestock. The L Artibonit region (4 additional village locations) was also hard hit, as the rivers flooded and destroyed rice fields and other crops as well as livestock. Please join us in praying for these communities and for the rebuilding that is taking place.
CRECHE: Our kids remain healthy and safe. They are on a structured daily routine and are doing well with their schoolwork despite having to do it all at home!
