Church

Arche de L’Alliance

Our main church partner, Arche de L’Alliance is located in Kenscoff.

This church is under the direction of Bishop Renelus Maxime. The church was founded in 1974 and is home to 535 church members. Arche de L’Alliance is also the main church to 14 other churches located in rural areas of Haiti. The mission of Arche de L’Alliance is to spread the gospel by evangelizing across the poor communities of Haiti. Ten times per year, the church sends mission teams out to the remote regions to preach, encourage and support the rural churches through baptisms, weddings and revivals. C4C is a partner to Arche de L’Alliance and works side by side both at the Kenscoff church and the rural churches through feeding programs, mobile medical clinics, pastor empowerment, and job creation.

In 2017, C4C assisted Arche de L’Alliance in expanding and renovating their church to give more families the opportunity to come to know Jesus.

Pastor Training & Renovation

In addition, C4C, Arche de L’ Alliance and Highlands Church (AZ) provide pastoral training for the church leaders in the 14 locations. More than forty pastors and church leaders graduated from a two-year spiritual mentorship program (mini seminary). An additional 40 leaders are enrolled in a 2nd session of this seminary.

C4C supports the churches that are part of our network through renovation of roofs, walls, floors, benches, and in some cases, new church construction.
